Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Musclemania® Store purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
